IMPACT Baseline Testing Instructions for At-Home Self-Testing:

Impact Testing Information

You MUST use a computer with an external mouse.  This can be a laptop or desktop as long as there is a corded (attached) or Bluetooth external mouse.  Using a laptop touchpad will not work.
 

• Please follow the directions found here:

• When asked for the Customer Code, enter: 1105bc4123

 

• Complete all sections in one sitting.  Do not pause and return to complete your work. 

 

• Be sure to read the instructions screens carefully as you progress through the test sections.

 

• When you complete the test, you do not need to email your results to yourself; the results are automatically stored in Fairfield Prep’s IMPACT database and can be retrieved for you when needed.
