Fairfield Prep

Christian Alvarado is a Head Cross Country Coach and Assistant Track Coach at Fairfield Prep with an extensive background of running on the high school and collegiate level. He has learned to develop runners to be more mindful in their approach towards training, focusing on a long term progression and an understanding of their role on the team to become better leaders. During his time as a runner Christian was a member of the 2011 CT State Open Cross Country Championship winning team, a New Balance Nationals 1 Mile Champion, and Big East Men’s XC Athlete of the Week.
