Matt Sather '93

Coach Sather played three years of varsity hockey at Fairfield Prep winning a state title in 1991 and captaining the 1993 team.

He continued his playing career at Amherst College, winning an ECAC East Championship in 1996 and captaining the 1996-1997 squad.

Coach Sather has been on the coaching staff since 1997 and varsity head coach since 1999.  During his tenure as head coach Fairfield Prep teams have captured 9 Division I state titles.

In addition to his responsibilities on the ice, Coach Sather serves as a full time member of the English Department, and Assistant Baseball Coach at Fairfield Prep.

Coach Sather resides in Trumbull with his wife Ann and their three children.
