Coach Read graduated from the Portsmouth Abbey School in 1979 and went on to play soccer for one season at Virginia Tech.  Before serving on the Varsity Soccer staff he was the Freshmen Coach for two seasons.  He also is the Head Freshmen Lacrosse Coach at Prep.
