The Jesuits opened the 2022 CIAC Tournament with a tight 4-3 victory over SCC rival West Haven.
 
James Murphy scored the game winning goal with 26 seconds remaining in the game.  Tiernan Curley, Lucas Carfi (1^st varsity goal) and Luke Noonan also scored for Prep.  Noonan, Carfi, and Greg Hilinski added assists.
 
Nick Ambrosio turned aside 11 shots for the win in net.
 
With the victory, Prep climbed to 13-7 on the season and advance to the state quarterfinal.
