The Fairfield Prep outdoor track team opened their season with an SCC league meet against Amity and Notre Dame West Haven at the Amity HS track. The Jesuits had several impressive performances on the day. Tymaine Smith took first place in the 100m sprint while Konrad Walinowski and Jon Morris took 2nd and 3rd place.  Smith, Morris, Walinowski and Rob Young also took first place in the 4x100m relay. Connor Smith took first place in the 110m hurdles and the Long Jump. Other top performances on the day included Jonathan Voskov with a 4th place finish in the 200m run, Justin Tayman 5th place in the 400m dash, Angel Perez 2nd in the 1600m and Tanner Langis 4th in the Shot Put.
