The Fairfield Prep track team had a strong showing at the SCC Eastern Sectional Championship, Wednesday afternoon at North Haven High School. Leading the way for Prep was Konrad Walinowski and Jack Davis who finished 2nd and 3rd in both the 100m and 200m dash. Walinowski and Davis were also apart of the 4x100m relay team with Charles Gugliemo and Jonathan Voskov which took 4th place. In the 4x800m relay Jon Gerrity, Reid Hanson, Declan Murphy and Mason Andrews took 4th place. In the filed events, Javier Cannonier took 5th place in the shot put, Alex Scott took 6th place in the high jump and Gugliemo finished 6th in the long jump.
