The Fairfield Prep baseball team recently celebrated their 10 seniors and their families in a pregame ceremony at Alumni Diamond. Tim Pearson, Joe D'Elia, Jack Arcamone, AJ Preisano, Jack Martin, Ethan Passanante, Grady Golier, James Aselta, Michael Coyne and Braydon Mazzoni were all honored. After the ceremony the Jesuits took the field and defeated West Haven 14-4 in 5 innings behind some strong hitting and pitching. Both Aselta and Passanate hit home runs and drove in 3 runs each, while D'Elia added 3 RBI's of his own, On the mound Ryan Preisano went the full five innings striking out 6 and only allowing 4 hits. The Jesuits will travel to Shelton for their regular season finale.
