The Fairfield Prep football team improved to a perfect 5-0 in SCC Tier 1 competition after defeating North Haven 17-14 Friday night at Rafferty Stadium, Malachi Mercer-Robinson rushed for 55 yards and 1 touchdown and Ryan Preisano caught a touchdown pass from Tyler Smith for another. Rob Murphy tacked on a field goal and two extra points for the Jesuits. On the defensive side of the ball, Jon Morris led the way with 17 tackles, Tanner Langis added 12 tackles and Mason Frey had 3 sacks and 10 tackles. The Jesuits will wrap up the regular season on Thanksgiving eve with a 6pm game at Rafferty Stadium against West Haven HS.
